Sex and the City

Today is a fruitful day. I think the last 2 weeks has been fruitful.

First of all, our TP archery had 11 medals from pesta sukan (aka Sports Festival). My individual score sucked. Yeah its better then in school but i still think it sucked (got ranking of 15 i think). Anyway never expected to win in the team events. And to think our team, consisting of me, Aishah and Pei Jun, were crapping like mad during the competition. Other team stress not enough time (4 min to shoot 9 arrows) and there we were taking our own sweet time. So happy.

Next, I finally accomplished my SKY pictures in tribute to the great ARAKI Sensei. He is a perverted old man with a soft hearted nature to his wife who passed away, thus his great collection of 'SKYSCAPE'. Anyway wouldn't have known his existence if not for my darkroom process lecturer Kheng Li.
A Panda by nature (he has the big black patch, i think a birth mark, at his eye), can be annoying sometimes with his complex of nagging at people and very 'xiao qi' (stingy) especially to his photography books. Although he doesn't cut out for a good lecturer that everone respects, but he is a good photgrapher who put hearts into his works. He finally agreed to my Sky pictures, and said that one of my pictures would finally make a omage to Araki's work (whatever that means). But now doing 12 works prints is really a killer. Darn Stress.

What else? Well I know that I didn't make it to national team for archery, but if I want to, Ken said he could help me push for it. But seriously, it has got me thinking if i should. The training is tough that's one, but its 6 training days and have to fulfil 3 in order for the SPECS GRANT.
Then i have to think if i want to sacrifice work to train, or go university and continue to train in the national team. What i'm really afraid is my committment to the sports. Like what a friend said, we as archers don't really have a life. Its all devoted to the sports. But still I would really like to give it a try. Maybe its a calling to my life...

Ok enough serious comments, finally I come to my grant finale... of TODAY. Today I went to the Creative Fest (warehouse sales) and bought myself a MP3 Player. Although its way out of my expected budget, but i think it was well worth my $$. 256 mb, so many songs, so happy... hehehe.
Also saw my best friend Regina on the way home. Never expected to see her all the way at jurong. Haven't ask her if her toilet fix or not. Hmmm... IF u're reading my blog, tell me, K?
Anyway, the MP3 player has the software to actually convert cd songs to mp3s. Double joy. Hahaha.
Now I'm hooked onto Sex and the City. Its a darn good comedy for those who need a good hard laugh. It speaks the whole truth of romance and women and men altogether.

Well that's all for today. Thank you for reading this blog of crap. Today's was super long. Hahahahah.
